L3 = h2: What Does It Mean?

I’ve had quite a few messages asking about the name of my company: L3 = h2, Inc., so I thought I would share what it means for those who are wondering.

L3 = h2 is a formula that reflects my philosophy of living that is simple, in the moment and brings me joy.

L3 is shorthand for: Live Well, Love Deeply, Laugh Often.

I have found that if I incorporate these ideals into my daily life it results in h2 – or happiness squared.

We all want to have a good life and to be happy. We all deserve to have a good life and to be happy. So what is it that makes you happy?
